This Agreement is made by and between (["Kim"] Sellers' name
and address) and (Buyers' name and and address) for the
purchase of one male/female tabby Maine Coon cat with a Cat Fanciers
Association registration designated by the name of Cat ("Cat") born __________, 20__ from _________________.
WHEREAS, ________ desires to purchase and Kim desires to sell Cat upon the following terms and conditions:

______ agrees never to lease, sell, loan or give
Cat to anyone as an unaltered cat.

______ agrees to have
Cat altered by a reputable veterinarian
and provide the veterinarian statement request to Kim.

Kim warrants that Cat
has been vaccinated for Feline
Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus Panleuk and Chlymydia, is FeLv and FIP
negative and is guaranteed to be in good health.

______ will never sell
Cat to a pet store or research
facility.

Except as set forth in Section 9 below, Kim guarantees the health
of Cat for seven (7) days after ______ takes possession of
Cat. If within the guarantee period Cat is determined to
be sick by a licensed veterinarian, _______ agrees to promptly
return the cat to Kim. Subsequently, Kim will either return _______
in healthy condition, exchange Cat for a cat of equal value or
refund the purchase price. Return of Cat must be accompanied by
a detailed statement by the examining veterinarian and shall specify
the nature of the ailment, suggested treatment and cost, and will
state the origin of the illness to the extent known.

to promptly notify Kim by phone after onset of illness or the
guarantee is void.

______ will be responsible for transportation of
Cat.

Kim further guarantees replacement of
Cat should death occur
within 2 years from date of birth from other than natural or
accidental causes if death is proven to be of genetic or hereditary
nature. ______ will provide an autopsy report signed by the
attending veterinarian for Kim's records.

______ agrees not to declaw
Cat.

______ agrees not to let
Cat outside except on a leash or in
an enclosed and covered run.

If at any time ______ becomes unable to provide a home for
Cat, Kim requests the right of first refusal.

Kim shall furnish the CFA registration to _________ upon return of
the veterinarian statement request showing proof of neuter/spay.

______ agrees to purchase the male/female tabby Maine Coon cat
from Kim for $_00 with a $__ deposit. Said deposit shall be
non-refundable except as follows: If upon examination Cat is not
(in Buyer's discretion) as represented above, ______ is free to opt
not to purchase Cat under this contract and shall be entitled to
a full refund of the deposit.

This contract will be legally binding upon the parties, their
heirs, successors and assigns.
